I am a multi-family investor living in Kalispell, MT. I am married and have a little girl and baby boy. I purchased a 4 unit property in 2019 and sold it in May of 2020. Then purchased another 4 plex in 2021 and fully remodeled the property. It is now a cash flowing property. Hoping to purchase more multi family real estate in the near future.
