What can I really say! I am a hard working all in or not at all type of person and fell in love with real estate a few years ago. I have a passion for business period. It is something about taking a talent/skill/idea/hobby and starting with nothing and building it into a profitable thriving business. I LOVE IT! Experience: Got my real estate license to learn about real estate and investing in 2009. Market was tough and couldn't keep up with the fees so I let my license go. Started wholesaling in 2013 and recently got my license again. Real Estate Goals: Wholesale 2-3 properties/month on a consistent basis. Own 35 rental units made up of multi-family properties (the more units under one roof he better) at a minimum of $150 per door net to total $5,000/month in rental income. Currently Seeking: More Knowledge, Great Lenders (hard money/private/portfolio), potential partners to start doing flips, connections, and mentors. Also great multi-family opportunities and/or partners to help acquire them.
