In the corporate world but starting real estate investing market for long term buy and hold interested in MFH and Flips. Have done several fix and flip properties over the past 4 years shifting slowly to a long term income solution as I head towards retirement. Looking to invest locally in the Cincinnati market or the Caribbean. Would also be interested in a joint venture on a larger property if the numbers work.
