Gary Harris

I'm Gary Harris and I've been involved in real estate in one form or another since 2003. I got my start by being a licensed real estate agent in New York. After not being too fond of the agent life style I chose another route. I invested money with flippers as a hard money lender and did very well. Since I had the interest of going beyond just loaning money, I began to flip homes too; which I still do today. Approximately two years ago I began to get involved in large multi-family apartment complexes. I currently own a 40 unit apartment complex in Georgia and I'm actively looking for larger apartment complexes within that state. I wasn't satisfied with the property management provided by others so I created a property management company with my partner within the state of Georgia. I love to rehab homes so my goal is to complete 20 rehabs of single and small multi every year for the next 5 years. I'm a huge fan of education, therefore, I've began to further my formal education at New York University as I work towards a M.S. Real Estate Development.
