Gary Harrell

I am a Buy-and-Hold Investor with two cash-flowing multi-family properties and two SFR's just outside of Indianapolis, IN. I recently got back into purchasing mode and have picked up two properties in the past three months, the two SFR's previously mentioned. I have two beautiful and brilliant daughters, and I’ve been married for 28 years. I retired from officiating sports last year. I was an NCAA umpire for baseball, an NCAA soccer official, a high school volleyball official, and a grade school recreational basketball official. While running around doing all that officiating, I was also in various accounting roles with different companies as well as a part-time operations supervisor for UPS. I have recently given up all that, and now I just drive a big rig for UPS. In my spare time, which I have now, I am an outdoorsman: I fish, I hunt, I hike, I just love being in the wilderness. Not a great deal of that here in Indiana, but we do the best we can with what we have! It is high time I get back involved with the BP community, adding value and insight where I can, and stealing every great idea out here on BP! I’m looking forward to getting back into this!
