About myself
I have been an investor for 15 years. I am open to invest in many different areas. I currently own in Philly, N.C. Maryland and the DC metro area. Looking in new markets as well. I own small multi-family residentials. Looking to grow to 50+ apts. Plenty ups and downs in my journey. Loved most of it. Learned a lot from forums and podcasts such as Bigger Pockets.
