I am 50+ and decided to get into real estate when my youngest daughter left for college last year. Although I enjoy being an empty nester and hanging out with my hubby, I realized I was just living life and not ENJOYING it! It is my goal to leave the corporate rat race when my daughter graduates college in 3 years. So I am working hard to make sure that happens! I am starting out with flips but ultimately, I want to get into multifamily properties to buy and hold. NOBODY in my circle does real estate so really looking forward to connecting with like-minded people within the Bigger Pockets community.
