I have now retired andI just relocated to Knoxville TN My wife and have 11 single family homes. We have 8 paid off and getting close to paying another house. I have 6 houses that were under loans and 5 self directed IRA's I would like to pursue more in the future. I am looking forward to joining the bigger pockets
