I am an investor. I buy and hold, wholesale and rehab to flip. I am a cash buyer in the Lake Isabella, Kernville area. I also run the Bakersfield Real Estate Investors Networking Group. I get a ton of energy networking and learning from other with similar intrerests. I ran a home inspection company for over 10 year and inspected thousands of homes, apartments, and commercial buildings.
