Genie Guisinger

Hello!! My name is Genie and I am a residential real estate agent in Salem Oregon. I have been doing this for almost 5 years. I specialize in New construction, but work with buyers and sellers outside of new construction as well. I made the choice to enter into the world of real estate because my husband and his family started purchasing residential investment properties, to hold onto long term, in 2009. This was a way for us to "pay ourselves" instead of an agent in the transactions. Since I received my license they have only purchased a a couple of properties because their investment purchasing formula makes it so that the investments do not meet the formula requirements. They have now begun purchasing commercial pieces and are following me by looking at multifamily units of of state. Over the last 5 years I have become one of the top producers in my office. This has allowed me to begin purchasing my own investment properties. I recently began purchasing residential investment properties to hold onto long term, in Missouri. I have 2 condo's I own with no notes and have tenants in them and 2 small apartment complexes. Investing in real estate is a passion of mine. I love everything about it. I have a goal of the amount of passive income I would like to have monthly/yearly and I hope to get there in the next 3 years. In my "non working" hours you can find me with my family. I am a mom of 4 babes, 9yrs old and younger. We are active in the kids sports and their extra curricular activities. I volunteer at their school on a regular basis and we love spending time at the beach. We Hussle hard with a goal to live a life we won’t regret with our family and In our community!
