Geoff Andrist

Born and raised in Kenmore, Washington a small town NE of Seattle. I began investing after getting back from a deployment in the USNavy. Realizing I could live in one side of a duplex and rent the other (original house hack before it had a name) changed my world view, as did Carleton Sheets, Robert Kiyosaki, and Robert Allen. Before that I never understood why we "lease our life" to a company, and hope some day for a raise. I've owned and sold multiple small businesses primarily in the service industry. Recently due to sale of one of our offices, I now have time to dedicate to my old passion... real estate investing. My family now lives in Snohomish, Washington. My wife and I have two daughters just hitting their teens (pity me), and we're avid gardeners as well as very active in triathlon/cycling/sport. I'm always looking for new or creatives improvements in business. Systems power the world.
