Greetings BP Patrons, I am a US Navy Seabee/CEC Veteran. I had the pleasure to deploy to developing countries for humanitarian missions leading a team to construct medical centers, schools, and sanitation facilities. It is rewarding to see the direct impact we have on the local communities. I also enjoy volunteering for Habitats For Humanities and helping our local communities. I've deliberately decided to start in the real estate investment realm and look forward to connecting with other folks. I became an accidental investor through renting out my home when I moved and when the rent checks came in, it was a great feeling to see equity accumulating with someone else paying. Now I want to continue this with buy and hold, cash flowing rentals. I look forward to hearing from every one of you!
