Me and my family have lived and worked full-time in Papua New Guinea (Christian missionaries) since 2004. Phoenix-east valley is where we call home, and where we return intermittently every few years or so. We want to grow a rental portfolio in the Phoenix, East Valley area. Both my wife and I are part of the Pace Morby SubTo mentorship program. Our area of specialty is creative financing deals, which we're currently doing virtually, from overseas outside of our regular full-time work. We work with wholesalers, utilizing creative finance to resurrect those dead leads ourselves and paying a referral fee. Similarly we also work with agents who refer clients with little to no equity, or whose properties aren't performing well on the market. We can often help sellers where traditional methods are unable.
