My company, Armadillo Creek Investments, currently has eight rental properties (SFH rental in Atascocita, SFH in Channelview, SFH in Huffman, SFH+garage apt in Galveston, 4x SFH in Livingston) and we are moving into light-to-moderate value-add, class B, multifamily apartments, approximately $1.5-3M, in the Houston and DFW metro areas. I am a former Marine Corps Infantryman and Scout-Sniper, and currently work in federal law enforcement. I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, reading, and most physical activities that my knees will handle! I am married with two adopted children that are the light of my life, and am involved with my local church.
