I'm a part time real estate investor and alternative funding agent. I know it's tough to get financing so I'm learning that area by trying to help others. Full time, I'm an IT Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry in the Dallas, Texas area. Previously, I worked in Paris, France for 3 years and Tokyo, Japan for 5 years in the commercial real estate / financial services industries. I have experience mostly with designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for commercial and multifamily valuation, asset management, property management, as well as portfolio & fund level reporting. Similarly, I also worked on loan asset management and servicing software projects for performing and non-performing portfolios internationally. I Graduated from Texas A&M in 2001. My goal is to have a more flexible schedule with my family, which means traveling the world for entire summers and all school breaks.
