Hello BP community! I live and work in Alaska, where my wife and I converted our prior two SFRs into two duplexes. We were able to purchase a third with money saved over the years and self-manage them all using wisdom from this site, others on this journey, and Tenant Cloud software. We're looking to growing our RE portfolio as a wealth-building tool. We have kids and we both work full-time in professions we enjoy but which are unrelated to real estate, so we are trying to build mostly passive income streams through systems. I look forward to learning with and from many of the people here, cheers from the Arctic!
