George A. Douty II

I enjoy real estate investing. My wife and I have done Flipping/Rehabbing, BRRRR, Long-term rentals, and Short-term rentals. I do most of the project management, dealing with contractors and funding. My wife is a Realtor, she handles the Comps, Listings, Closings, Design decisions, and rental management, and sometimes she wears a pink tool belt. We have a wonderful daughter, who motivates us everyday to build as big a real estate portfolio as possible, so we can give her the best life possible and be able to spend time with her along the way.
