Hey gals and guys! I'm new to REI. I'm in the Air Force and purchased our first house with the primary intent of it being our primary residence. Shortly thereafter, in February 2021, we got hooked into REI and are planning on renting it out during/after moving to the next base. I count that house since it'll be a long-term rental and my goal is to (at least) do the stacking method with the BRRRR strategy every year. I'm new to this but know that I'm doing it, I'd love to learn, grow, and provide value to anyone who reaches out.
