About myself
My wife does this full time, I work at it part time while driving a truck 2 of every 3 weeks. Interestingly, my wife does most of the remodeling, while I help with the heavy lifting and website. In addition to our home, we have 7 single family homes currently rented, and 1 duplex, with half remodeled and rented, while we work on remodeling the other half.
