I really don't have a lot to say about myself. This isn't a profession or work to me. I once heard that if you love what you do you never work a day in your life. It's taken me a long time to find something I absolutely love doing and this is it, just a bonus it brings in good money! My goal is to be financially free while doing something I love doing by helping others do the exact same thing. Experience: I have several years experience in the real estate investing field. I started as a marketing specialist inspecting properties and putting bandit signs in the ground. I moved to partnering with an Owner/BIC of a RE company and started offering HUD homes to end buyers. I now have aligned myself to provide financing the needs of my clients from help with the down payments to providing both short term and long term solutions. I look forward to helping those in the REI field grow their businesses and obtain financial freedom. Real Estate Goals: I would like to be able to build a pipeline of dedicated and satisfied clients who frequently obtain hard money loans from me to be able to achieve their goals and dreams.
