About myself
I am a member of an apartment syndication mentoring group. I am currently invested in 4 apartment syndications for a total of 749 units. My business partner is co-sponsoring a 79 unit deal in Dallas, TX. We are currently looking for our own apartment deal to syndicate to our passive investors.
