I own 2 SFH as buy and holds. I have mainly acted as a private money lender in 6 deals and am in 2 different funds as well. I am looking for passive investments either as a fund contributor or private money lender in the short term with the long term goal of partnering on a larger real estate investment that is large enough to support a full time on site manager (50+ units).
