I have been an investor since 2008 and full time since October 2010. With MapleStar Real Estate Investments LLC we have done wholesaling and fix and flips. Our portfolio of rental properties is under MapleStar Property Management LLC. We purchase non-performing notes through Brooks Young Financial Group. In every aspect of our investing, our focus has been on helping so many others resolve some really challenging real estate problems. Our passion is non-performing notes because we love the idea of making our biggest returns by helping others stay in their homes if that is what they need, and helping them move on if that is in their best interest. Creating solutions that help current owners, the neighborhoods they live in and the private investors we partner with, creating jobs for professionals, contractors and local businesses, and the funds we pour into local and distant economies is such a thrill. Who wouldn't love doing this!
