I'm former military and former law enforcement. My wife and I decided that my law enforcement career wasn't the best path for us and our life goals. So we decided I would quit my job, we would rent out our house, and we would travel the country in our RV. By doing this we became rental property owners and we've seen the power of real estate and fell in love with the passive income. We are now educating ourselves and preparing to expand our real estate investments. Experience: I currently own two properties in Naples, FL and two in Bonita Springs, FL Real Estate Goals: My short-term goal is to add 2 more rental properties to my portfolio in the next 24 months. Long term I would like to gain enough passive income to obtain financial freedom. Our ultimate goal is to continue to travel without the need to ever return to a 9 to 5.... ever.... unless we want to.
