I'm retired Air Force after 24 years and was a licensed Real Estate Agent while living in Las Vegas, NV. My wife and I have done two rehabs that were turned into rentals. Sold the first rental years ago and doubled our money. Now we are looking in the Tucson area for real estate as investors and don't mind getting our hands dirty with rehab property. We actually enjoy seeing the before and after photos of rehab because it gives a sense of accomplishment towards providing better living conditions for people. We also believe that rehabs add value to the surrounding community when complete. The areas we are most interested in investing in are Fix and Flip, BRRR, Multi-Family Rentals and Trustee Sales.
