I am an active duty Air Force officer and I have been dabbling in real estate since my first rental in 2006 in SD. I started flipping and acquiring buy and hold rentals in earnest in 2012 In VA. I recently moved to Omaha, NE and I am planning to start flipping and picking up more rentals here part time now and then full time when I retire from the military. I am interested in making contact with wholesalers, contractors and maybe a good CPA.
