I'm a proud Chicagoan, born and raised! I've been a Real Estate investor for 3 years now and am also a licensed broker. My first deal was very challenging (to say the least!) and I definitely made some mistakes. I've partnered with many people now; some good and some...not good lol However, I have been fortunate enough to learn a ton through it all. I love the site and look forward to getting to working with more of you soon! Experience: I currently own a 2-Flat and a 4-Flat, both in Chicago . I'm primarily interested in buy and holds. I am currently looking to finish the rehab on my 4-flat and get that fully rented by the end of the year. Real Estate Goals: My main goal is to become financially independent. I plan on doing this by owning at least 40 Units in the Chicagoland area. I am primarily interested in buy and holds. However, I plan on doing flips in the near future for the sake of generating income that I can use to buy more rentals. Currently Seeking: From a personal standpoint, I'm looking for honest trustworthy people to work with and/or learn from. I'm looking for other investors who are interested in regular networking so we can have a real life network of people that we can turn to for all things Real Estate Investing. From a business standpoint, I'm always looking for more deals and private money lenders. If you're a newbie investor, I'd be happy to share whatever I've learned so far. I've only been doing this for a few years but I feel like I have a lot to give.
