Investing is something I never really thought of growing up, but though my experiences and interactions with a set number of people, my knowledge of this subject keeps expanding. The BiggerPockets podcast set the standards on what an investment property should look like for my clients and myself. I mostly deal in Multi-Family deals and Buy-N-Holds, but I am not shy of knowing what a rehab looks like along with how much it would cost. Many of the properties I've worked with I have provided insight on how to appreciate the property and keep its longevity until ready to sell.
