Gustavo’s additional fields of expertise include Joint ventures, complex negotiation structuring, origination and funding, owner financing, EB-5 investment loans, asset disposition, REO and Short-Sales asset management. Gustavo has worked for the top South Florida developers such as Related Group, Flagler Holding, Terramar Group and has been a principal in landmark high-rise projects such as the Trump-Sonesta Hotel and Towers; The Sonesta Condo-Hotel in Coconut Grove; The Mutiny on the Bay Condo-Hotel in Coconut Grove; The Ocean Point Condo-Hotel in Sunny Isles and the Fortune House Condo-Hotel in Brickell. Gustavo studied Business and Marketing in the University of El Pacifica; ran his family owned real estate business in Lima-Peru previous to coming to South Florida in 1997 and speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
