As part-time investing, I've done dozen of flips in recent years mostly in PG and AA counties. I also have few rentals that I acquired more 10 years ago in MC. I'm looking to enter multifamily units (2 or more) to add to my portfolio. My hope is to meet and learn from many expert and experiences investors at BP. I always find the answer for my problem or learn something new every time visit BP.
