I have been involved in real estate before the big financial crisis and during that time I lost my shirt but remain interested in real estate investing. I am an architectural designer and have been a licensed residential builder with over 30 years in building and improving residential buildings. I have worked extensively with other real estate investors especially in the area of increasing market value and equity build up.
