My husband and I were married on September 12, 2015.. We have 4 grown children between the ages of 21 and 26. We began our business together in March of 2015 and sold our first rehab and actually made money. We are About finished rehabbing our 8th house. We now own three rentals and would like to add more to our portfolio. We purchased a HomeVestor franchise in the Greensboro, NC area in October of 2015 and have been wholesaling since January 2016. Since January of 2017 we have purchased 18 houses and sold 19 houses. Our goal is 30 buys and 30 sells by the end of 2017 which we are confident that we can do. We currently have 4 listed on MLS and contracts to purchase 16 more. We are looking for more cash buyers and investors. On a more personal note, our faith in Jesus is very important to us and we strive to bring honor and glory to Him in all we do. We enjoy volunteering with Operation Christmas Child, which is a ministry of Samaritan's Purse. We work in the community to educate people about this ministry and obtain donations of gift-filled shoeboxes. Shoeboxes are filled with hygiene items, small toys, school supplies, hard candy, etc. and sent to impoverished children all over the world. We also volunteer with the youth group at our church. Prior to my children going off to college I was a homeschool mom for 11 years. And prior to that I worked as a claims adjuster and a subrogation specialist with Fireman's Fund Insurance Company for 10 years. We LOVE seeing the broken houses become beautiful homes!
