I’ve worked as both a business consultant and real estate professional for over 20 years. I’ve invested in a few properties over the years and have some experience in rehabbing, flipping, and short sales. Real Estate Goals: I would like to eventually invest in single family properties again as well as multi-unit properties. My current focus is real estate sales. Long term goal is notes.
