I'm currently a Montessori Teacher. I have one rental property I manage and am looking to create passive income through long-term rentals so I can phase out of my job. I have been interested in investing for several years but in the past 4 months have read more than a dozen books and participated in half a dozen webinars or workshops on different types of real-estate investing... and now I'm anxious to get started.
