Born and raised in Miami Beach and currently live in Hobe Sound Fl. Self employeed as an accountant but love real estate. In 2010 bought 2 properties: lake worth fl, and Hampton GA. I wish I would have bought more. 2013 bought a commercial property (Delray Beach) for my accounting office. 2018: bought a fix and flip property in lantana/lake worth area. Currently on market. Partner up with a friend and bought 2 properties GA. I m in it for cash flow. Always willing to learn from others, love listening to bigger pockets podcast, and always looking/ searching for a deal. For 2018/19: I would like to buy a multi unit and also partner up with other investors to learn as much as I can.
