Giovanni Isaksen

A value investor by instinct with a background in finance, construction and technology I have a deep passion for real estate, particularly multifamily and self-storage. Currently Acquisitions Director at PCF500, a private equity fund headquartered in Vancouver BC. In the Western US we have acquired just over 1,000 units of multifamily to date. In 2001 I founded Ashworth Partners Ltd. which provides 3rd party consulting services to real estate investors including due diligence, market research, financial analysis, asset management and access to our worldwide network of specialists and professionals. Our clients include individual, retirement and crowdfunding investors as well as family offices and private equity firms.
