Giovanni Benitez

New York–based real estate investor, property owner, and licensed real estate agent with hands-on experience managing acquisitions, renovations, and operations. I currently own and manage a residential property in New York and am actively pursuing additional value-add opportunities through joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Professionally, I am a project manager for an HVAC company serving New York City, with a background in HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, and sales. This allows me to support investors beyond acquisition—overseeing renovations, coordinating trades, managing timelines, and helping control costs during execution. My investment focus includes single-family and small multifamily properties, fix & flip projects, buy-and-hold rentals, and creative deal structures. I’ve also joined Keller Williams as a licensed real estate agent, giving me direct access to deals, market data, and on-the-ground insight. I’m open to JV opportunities, capital partnerships, and collaborative projects in New York and select growth markets. My goal is to build long-term relationships by bringing execution, transparency, and consistency to every deal.
