Hello everyone, I am currently in the Coast Guard active duty living in the Houston area but originally from the pandhandle of Florida known as Pensacola. I am new to investing and the opportunity now to buy properties. I mainly look for rentals due to time not able to flip but hope to one day have the time to do so. I have a strong interest in turnkey properties as well as land for sale to develop apartment complexes. I look forward to learning from everyone and networking so we can all reach that financial freedom.
