George Harris

God fearing husband and father of 1 (with one on the way). I was born in Washington, DC and grew up down the road in Prince George's County MD. From there I went to college at Elizabeth City State University majoring Mechanical Engineering Technology and Accounting. I received my MET degree while forgoing completion of Accounting due to job offer from ExxonMobil. I moved to Houston for about 2 years and worked my tail off. I moved back to the east coast (Baltimore) while maintaining my job and eventually proposed to and married the woman of my dreams. From there we had our first bundle of joy (Chloe). We purchased our first home and moved up north to southern New Jersey so they could be closer to her parents as my job is very demanding. Now we have our second child on the way. My entire life I've absolutely fascinated with travel. I've been to or worked in 40 states and 4 continents. My goal is to make that 50 states and 6 continents (no desire to step foot in Antarctica). More than anything, I am a man who is willing to do whatever it takes to provide and protect my family. After having my daughter, my perspective on life changed completely. I would do anything to be home more. I've always had an inkling for real estate investing, but never the confidence to jump in. Well after learning news of baby #2 (just 6 months after having the first one) I figured it's now or never! There aren't many things I don't like to do. I have played just about all sports (as long as skating is not involved). I absolutely love to play golf and will travel to do so. Because of the recent move into NJ my local contact base has been wiped clean. So my goal is to get back out there, meet new people, grow my brand and reputation and create the stable atmosphere my family deserves all while showing them the world. My father passed away when I was 14 and not a day goes by when I don't miss him. I don't want my children to have to involuntarily spend a day away from me if it can be helped. So in addition to this, I'd really like to reach back and help others the same way my teenage role models/mentors/second fathers did with me to keep me off the street and mold me in to the man I am today. I'm hoping my experiences and new perspective on life will help catapult myself and inspire others to reach all their dreams and aspirations. I look forward to connecting with YOU!
