I'm an engineer in St. Louis Mo and aspiring house flipper currently looking for my first flip. I have worked in industrial facilities for 9 years in various roles related to asset management and project management and have extensive experience managing projects including hands on management of up to 35 contractor workers at a time and projects as large as $11M. I have an MBA and am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). I currently have one investment property which is my former residence. I decided to rent it out thanks to some great advice I got from BiggerPockets members. Only thing that has gone wrong is that my accountant doesn't like that it makes money on paper. Good problem to have! I am looking to put my contractor management and project management experience to work by flipping houses.
