Hello, I’m an investor-friendly real estate agent working independently from the offices of Bennion & Deville Fine Homes in Laguna Niguel. Originally from New Zealand, I obtained a Business degree from The University of Otago before embarking on a career in Accounting & Finance for some of the world’s largest investment and retail banks, which took me to London and Sydney for several years. Building wealth through Real Estate has always interested me, and now I am fortunate enough to be in a position to help other investors achieve their goals and dreams. My experience with financial modeling and evaluation of deals using NPV, IRR and ROI investment decision methodology, allows me to better serve my clients.
