Looking to expand my real estate portfolio with multi-families in Arizona. I'm originally from California and have lived in Arizona for over 3 years. I've acquired my RE license in May 2021 and looking to connect with other like minded investors on BP. I currently work for an established wholesaler so that I can gain a deeper understanding of the business. I currently own a 5+ multi-family in CA where I had the opportunity to add value and increase my cash flow. I'm looking to continue to do the same in AZ.
