Hi guys, I bought my first property when I was 19 lived in it while going to University to complete my Bachelor of Education. It was a townhouse, I rented the three rooms upstairs and lived in the bedroom in the basement for 4 years getting paid $500 a month to do it. wooooo hoooo! I played poker throughout school to finance my education and property investing. I taught for two years after school to please the parents, quickly realized that wasn't for me. Now I travel the world playing poker. I have some money I'm looking to invest but not a lot of free time. Looking to invest in Edmonton and Calgary markets because I'm familiar with them and have a lot of contacts in the areas for maintenance. Big fan of the podcast thought I'd start getting active in the forums as well. :)
