I've lived in the Seattle Puget Sound area since 1995 and am a full time note investor. Grew up near Cleveland OH and graduated from Ohio University with BFA. I like music, dogs and traveling worldwide with my wife. Experience: Since 2007, I've been involved with the acquisition and management of distressed real estate assets including non performing notes and single/multi-family properties in key markets in the U.S. I am founder and Managing Director of Notable Capital Management LLC, which manages a series of private equity funds designed to acquire senior and junior distressed residential mortgage debt. The fund’s primary objective is to assist families to avoid foreclosure by refinancing their debt. As a result families remain in their homes, while providing compelling returns to fund investors.
