I am new to creative Real Estate Investing. I currently work a full-time 9 to 5 job. I am interested is wholesaling REO's. I have been educating myself by going to REIA club meetings, reading, attended a boot camp, etc. I'd like be able to wholesale deals, make money, so that I can become a full-time Real Estate Investor. Experience: I have 2 properties in other States, I've owned them since 1995 and 2005. Purchased them the conventional way, took money out of one to purchase the other. Real Estate Goals: Would like to find a good mentor. I'd like buy and hold cash flowing multi-family units. Currently Seeking: Multi Family Housing in Los Angeles, CA and in the Kissimmee, Florida area.
