Primarily a Tax Lien investor for my real estate investments. Dabble in Tax Deeds. Use of i401k and non-retirement accounts. Invest primarily in Northern Arizona tax liens. Experience: Tax Lien investing since the late 1980's and Tax Deed investing since 1990's. Online tax lien investing since 2009. Real Estate Goals: Tax lien investing for high interest rate returns and some allocated funds in liens for potential foreclosure. Tax Deed investing on occasion for long term holding of raw land.
