Alex Khojainov

I worked for a General Contractor for 4 years while getting my BS in Business in MD/DC. After managing a million dollar MMA Gym in DC for a couple of years I took the plunge to run my own show. I currently contract for Dish Network working in East and West Baltimore, allowing me to be paid while 'driving for dollars' and getting great insight into rent rates and 'level of rehab' in rentals around the city. I own 3 rentals that I manage myself, 1 property that I'm rehabbing to flip, and a 50/50 buy and hold with a buddy from high school that cashflows $500 a month, and 2 properties that I manage for other investors.
