Matt Stewart

My name is Matt Stewart. I've been investing in real estate since 2007 and left my J-O-B in 2008 to focus on real estate full time. I'm primarily a fix and flip investor, but sprinkling some rentals in where it makes sense. I work with several other investors on joint venture deals, some local and some out of state who wish to invest in central Ohio. I also work with private lenders to fund our projects. Many of these people I have met here on Bigger Pockets. I look to continue to meet other investors, Realtors, contractors, wholesalers, and private lenders here. I'm also very aware of the challenges getting started and I'm willing to help out those who are just getting started. But me lunch or a couple beers and I'll answer any questions you have. :)
