I retired at 32 from real estate investing... less than 7 years after purchasing my first rental property. Currently at 156 rental units. I spend just about 1 HOUR PER WEEK on those. I think anyone can reach financial freedom in 10 years or less from their first purchase. Through my blog and providing support to people at here at BiggerPockets, I hope to help others achieve their goals too. Retiring to the good life within 10 years through cash-flowing rentals is achievable.
