After becoming a father/daddy I realized that I need to save money to buy my TIME for them which lead me to discovering Real Estate and BP! If you need something from some investor, never ask it in the first introduction. Also, please update your profile and have a picture and some description so that other investors can know you better. Investors who have good profile setup tends to get more responses!
